JWR is currently working with a diverse hospitality business looking to recruit an Exceptional General Manager, to lead the team from the front and deliver a top-class service in this stunningly positioned Restaurant with Rooms in a Fantastic Cornish location.The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

Job Description
As General Manager, you will be the heart and soul of the business, engaging with the local community, providing great food, fantastic drinks and an unrivalled guest experience whilst driving sales revenues across all departments.As General Manager, you will have good all-round experience with food, drink & accommodation led operations, maximising sales opportunities across all areas. You will come from a premium background and have experience managing large teams.
You will be a great leader and motivator and inspire your team to create unforgettable memories delivering the highest possible service and standards.
Great location, on the North Coast of Cornwall. The property boasts a stunning Restaurant with amazing views, serving the freshest produce Cornwall has to offer along with 12 letting rooms and 10 apartments.
Seasonal volume but maintains good trade outside of the Summer months.No live-in is available for this position, so ideally you will be looking to relocate or live in the area and have great local knowledge.
Required Skills:
2 years previous experience within a similar role.
Proven track record in improving and developing a business with experience in growing hotel rooms.
Strong kitchen background.
Innovative and creative.
Good understanding of P&L and cost control.
Strong leadership & people development skills.
High level of standards & service.
Strong community engagement skills.
Personal Licence holder.
Experience with letting rooms.
Previous experience within seasonal operations an advantage.
