Senior Chef de Partie - Modern British fine dining - South West London
- Very competitive salary
- 48 hours per week
- Paid overtime
- Team of 11
- 40 - 80 covers per day / up to on Sunday lunch
- Closed Monday and Tuesday & half day Sunday
JWR is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie with strong knowledge of British fine dining cuisine. In return this role offers an excellent salary and a great work life balance. You will be working with an inspiring Executive Chef who has worked in some of the best restaurants in the Capital, using stunning local ingredients and seasonal changing menus.
