Food and Beverage Manager - £40,000 + HOD bonus scheme - East London
JWR is looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Manager for a beautiful 4* property in East London. The ideal candidate will be an F&B passionate who leads the Team from the front, with commercial acumen and the drive to provide a fantastic service to the Guests.

The ideal Food and Beverage Manager:
- Will be leading and managing the Food and Beverage team by example and being proactive
- Will have commercial acumen to make sure the operation is a success
- Will be monitoring and maintenance of required KPI's, including beverage gross profit margins and staff cost.
- Will be demonstrating high-quality guest care within the team to meet the standards of the hotel.
- Will be leading and creating a team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the hotel
