We are working on behalf of this award winning, modern thinking company who are now looking to further expand the team with the following key position at the resort in East Sussex
Conference and banqueting Manager
As conference and banqueting Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following key skills
The Ability to manage and drive service levels with a particular passion and knowledge of weddings and events
posses great communications skills, able to take ownership of your team and assist the owners in driving service levels through you love of the guest journey and your hands on approach
be happy to play a key role within a small team where your experience and passion with be allowed to flourish and your opinion matters
Already be a assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager within a luxury 4 or 5 star operation, perhaps now looking for a larger role in a smaller operation with a focus on Weddings
Have a stable CV with strong career progression within the UK 3/4 star Hotel
have an understanding of the privately owned country house hotel sector
The Package:
Basic to £34k + package
accommodation with all bills included for single occupancy

This role due to its location, will require you to have access to your own transport unless taking the live in which is only a 5 min walk from the Hotel
