Hotel Restaurant - Branded Operation - Somerset
JWR is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their operation in Somerset.
The restaurant is a destination venue not only for the hotels guests but also attracts customers from the wider area.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Bar & Restaurant as well as room service and M&E.You will ideally have experience within a branded environment, and able to deliver, develop and maintain the restaurants standards and service whilst adhering to the Brand Standard, leading your team from the front-line ensuring they are trained to do the same.
As Restaurant Manager you will have solid knowledge of managing and delivering your P&L to achieve set targets and results.
Required Skills:
- Experience within a branded environment preferred
- Hotel experience preferred
- Lead by example to deliver the highest possible standards at all times
- Responsible for the management of all food operations within the hotel
- Good understanding of P&L's with the ability to drive sales and control costs
