We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager - New Opening to join our team at our lifestyle hotel in Salisbury area.As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staff supervision, the guest experience, food and beverage, driving and dictating the service levels across the upmarket bistro offering, in room dining, limited events and weddings, lounge and bar area.
You will be expected to work closely with the hotel GM to ensure the hotel meets its standards of service, quality, and cleanliness through effective leadership, attention to detail and a personable and engaging management style.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service.
