- Description
JWR is currently recruiting a Sous Chef in Telford for an exciting and diverse fresh food restaurant concept. The ideal Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the daily operation as well as managing the Kitchen Brigade and ensure the company standards are adhered, helping to implement the kitchen standard procedure, food quality, presentation, counter display and hygiene regulations included.

You will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food restaurant, high volume experience is preferred although not essential.
