Head of Food and Beverage - £70,000 multi outlets East Sussex
This prominent award wining operation near Eastbourne is now seeking to appoint a highly passionate and experienced Head of Food and Beverage to lead, manage and develop an amazing team across its diverse portfolio spanning fine dining restaurants, late bars, exceptional gastro pubs, events, conference and theatres.
This is a 2 part role both hands on and strategic as they look to further grow the offerings, companies presence and portfolio. Strong commercial and financial acumen will be essential coupled with the ability to evidence your understanding of multi outlet accountability
as Head of Food and Beverage for the Group you will be happy taking the helm driving service levels within exceptional settings.
Able to control and manage a department with c£4-7m turnover.

Hands on by nature, this role will require someone to lead by example, support your teams and demonstrate excellence on the floor on occasion whilst having the ability to look at the groups bigger picture, passions and growth plans ensuring fiscal and commercial objectives are met
