JWR is recruiting for a Rooms Division Manager for a successful 4-star hotel in London. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role in a large property, being passionate about providing memorable experiences to each guest, and lead the team by example.

As Rooms Division Manager you will:
- Ensure the high standard of services for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative targets
- Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere through her/his exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
- Manage Front Office and Guest Relations Team and liaise with housekeeping fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
- Be responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
