Reception Manager - 4* Historic City Centre Hotel - Salisbury - £30K
My client is a stunning 19th century 50bed 4* Hotel in Central Salisbury, close to Stonehenge, 50bed and one of the finest venues in the city, currently looking for a Reception Manager
The Reception Manager will play a vital role in delivering a great experience to all hotel, wedding and event guests, they will have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
They will act as an ambassador for the hotel by providing assistance to guests with any requirements they may have whilst staying at the hotel or during events, problem solving any issues and providing information to guests for on or off site activities and attractions.
The successful candidate:
* The successful Reception Manager will be positive and engaging, highly customer focused who can motive and manage the concierge and reception team.
* The successful Reception Manager will have experience of working in a Front Office or Reception Supervisor, Head Receptionist or Manager role within a 4 star hotel.This position will include shifts working Mon - Sun - 5 of 7 - shifts between 7am-9pm.
