Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Merseyside
Salary: up to £40,000 per annumWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join a hotel in Merseyside. This role is ideal for a Conference and Banqueting Manager or Assistant F&B Manager looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will manage all F&B operations, with a particular focus on conference and banqueting operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting events.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards and quality.
Conference and Banqueting Operations:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of conference and banqueting services.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Team Leadership:- Recruit, train, and manage the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager or similar role within Food and Beverage in the hospitality industry, looking to advance to an F&B Manager position.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
