Sous Chef, £45,000 - 40 hours per week
Role details:
- Sous Chef
- £40,000 basic + 5/6K in service charge
- 40 hours per week and a great work life balance (overtime rarely happens but when it does is either paid or given in lieu)
- Team of 9 + 4 Kitchen Porters
- Quality vs quantity operation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality establishment
- Japanese cuisine knowledge preferred
- A nice and positive attitude towards leadership and mentorship
- Creative flair and knowledge of the practical stuff too (H&S, costing, ordering, rota planning, suppliers relationships etc..)
