Description

Job Title: Food and Beverage & Events Manager
Location: Central Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join a hotel in Liverpool. This role is ideal for a Conference and Banqueting Manager, F&B Manager or Conference and Banqueting Manager looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will manage all F&B operations, with a particular focus on conference and banqueting operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting events.
Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards and quality.

Conference and Banqueting Operations:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of conference and banqueting services.
Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all requirements are met.
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager or similar role within Food and Beverage in the hospitality industry, looking to advance to an F&B Manager position.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
