About the Role
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, leading a passionate team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service in a welcoming, sustainable, and ethical environment. You'll inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
