Restaurant General Manager - Surrey - Up To 44k + Bonus
We are looking for a passionate, guest-focused, and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join a brilliant independent restaurant group team in Surrey, serving up fresh food to a loyal guest base. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and inspiring a dedicated team. Your role will be vital to the success of the restaurant as they continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be highly guest-facing, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience and exceptional service
- Lead and motivate a team, creating a positive, team-oriented environment
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, financials, and standards of food and service
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in every aspect of the restaurant's offering
- Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a growing business, while consistently maintaining a high standard of service
- Drive the performance of your team, coaching and developing them to meet and exceed goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a management role within a branded restaurant environment
- A strong passion for delivering excellent food and outstanding guest service
- Very guest-facing, with an ability to connect with customers and create an inviting atmosphere
- Team-oriented, with a focus on building a positive, motivated team
- Ability to work during peak days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Solid financial management skills and business acumen
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards across the restaurant
