Director of Sales - Prestigious Five-Star Hotel - London

James Webber Recruitment is currently recruiting a Director of Sales for a prestigious five-star hotel in Central London. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic luxury property and lead a high-performing sales team in one of the world's most competitive hospitality markets.

The Role:

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the hotel's commercial success through proactive sales strategies across corporate, MICE, luxury leisure, and high-net-worth segments. This role requires an innovative leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive revenue and market share.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing key accounts.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, revenue, and operations teams.

  • Represent the hotel at national and international events and trade shows.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
