Culinary Passion

• A deep love for cooking with fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients

• A creative flair and a desire to design your own menus that impress and inspire

Events & Weddings Expertise

• Solid experience delivering high-quality food for weddings, large-scale functions, and corporate events

• Understanding the importance of timing, presentation, and guest experience

Leadership & Team Building

• Ability to recruit, lead, and motivate a talented kitchen brigade

• Commitment to nurturing a positive team culture and professional development

Kitchen & Compliance

• Full understanding of food safety standards, H&S regulations, and stock/kitchen management

• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and maintaining a spotless, well-run kitchen
