Hotel Finance Assistant - 3/4/5 Days Per Week - Croydon area, Surrey
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (Pro Rata for Part-Time)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available)
Location: Croydon, SurreyAre you an experienced Finance Assistant with a background in the hotel or hospitality sector? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team at a well-established, high-performing hotel in the Croydon area.

What You'll Be Doing as the Hotel Finance Assistant:
Supporting the General Manager with daily accounting operations
Handling accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with bank reconciliations, revenue audits, and month-end processes
Preparing financial reports and supporting the budgeting process
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
Liaising with department heads and providing financial insight
What We're Looking For in a Hotel Finance Assistant:
Previous finance experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g. Sage, Opera, or similar PMS/finance systems)
A high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a close-knit team
