About the Role:
As General Manager, you will take full operational ownership of this prestigious site, ensuring an exceptional dining experience across multiple outlets and services. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in high-volume environments and can drive both innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a large, diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Maintain and exceed client expectations through service excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily operations including breakfast, lunch, and special events
- Deliver budgetary and financial control, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Collaborate closely with the client to innovate and enhance the dining experience
- Lead innovations around commercial enterprises.
