As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team across all departments
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency
- Driving sales and profitability while maintaining cost controls and budgets
- Implementing and upholding high food quality, health, and safety standards
- Creating a positive and engaging environment for both staff and guests
- Managing stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing necessary improvements
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations, including UK food safety qualifications
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced setting
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
- A hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the UK
