The Role
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of skilled chefs across multiple cuisines
• Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure top-quality dishes and service
• Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
• Managing stock, budgets, and kitchen efficiency
• Developing menus and introducing new culinary innovations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine buffet-style cooking
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
