This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to expand their impact across multiple sites and grow within a dynamic, reputable company.

* Lead on all preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and safety procedures
* Recommend and support larger-scale project work, while also managing minor in-house projects
* Ensure all Health & Safety, risk assessment, and regulatory documentation is up to date and aligned with best practice
* Collaborate closely with hotel leadership and provide strategic input on improvements
What We're Looking For:
* A strong track record as a Maintenance Manager in the UK hotel or branded franchise environment
* Hands-on expertise in building maintenance, fire safety, and health & safety regulations
* Confident in managing costs, department budgets, and compliance reports
* Strong admin and IT skills, with a proactive, organised, and service-led approach
* Someone who thrives in a leadership role, is a team player, and is driven to improve systems and standards
* Able to work 40 hours per week (5 out of 7, mostly Monday-Friday, with occasional callouts)
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
Why Join Us?
This is more than just a maintenance role-it's a chance to step into a leadership position where your ideas, skills, and ambition will be recognised and supported. You'll be joining a modern, high-performing business that values continuous improvement and invests in its people.
A Few Essentials
* Must be UK-based or have settled status - we can't offer visa sponsorship.
* You'll need previous experience in high-volume or quality hospitality settings.
