About the Role
As Deputy General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service across all departments - front and back of house. You'll lead daily operations, drive performance, and help shape a five-star guest experience. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
What We're Looking For
* Proven hotel or high-end F&B operations leadership experience.
* Strong understanding of revenue, cost control and service delivery.
* Experience with high-volume operations, especially events.
* A confident, visible leader who motivates teams and leads by example.
