We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and is ready to play a pivotal role in shaping our continued success.Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager
Lead, inspire, and develop departmental teams to deliver exceptional guest service across all areas, with a particular focus on F&B.
Ensure the highest standards of hospitality are maintained throughout the hotel, reflecting the expectations of a luxury establishment.
Support and drive operational excellence, continually seeking improvements in service delivery and efficiency.
Oversee the F&B operation, working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Champion staff development and training initiatives to nurture talent and foster a culture of growth and engagement.
Build strong relationships with guests, acting as a visible and approachable leader throughout the property.
Manage budgets and financial performance across departments, with a focus on profitability and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
About You
Proven experience in a senior operational or F&B management role within the luxury UK hotel sector.
A genuine passion for food and wine, with a solid background in high-quality F&B operations.
Exceptional guest experience skills and a strong understanding of what luxury service looks and feels like.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
A natural mentor who thrives on developing people and building high-performing teams.
Highly organised with strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
