James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious five-star London hotel with luxury sister properties across the UK. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Manager (Account Director, Corporate) to play a pivotal role in driving corporate revenue across this renowned hotel collection.
Remuneration.
- A basic salary of Circa £55'000/£60'000
- Bonus
- Some hybrid working
- 33 Days annual leave
- Complimentary annual two nights accommodation
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales and working closely with General Managers, Marketing, Revenue and Operations teams, you will take ownership of the Major and Minor Corporate segments, as well as contributing to Group and Long Stay revenues. This is a highly proactive role where success will come through building strong, strategic relationships, sourcing new business, and maximising revenue from existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively sourcing and securing new business across corporate and related segments.
- Managing and growing existing accounts through strategic account plans.
- Targeting appropriate accounts across the hotel collection, including Major Corporates, Local Corporates, TMCs, Consortia, Specialist Agencies and Long Stay providers.
- Hosting fam trips, site inspections and client entertainment to showcase the hotels.
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to drive commercial advantage.
- Delivering accurate reporting, sales actions and ROI analysis.
- Acting as a true brand ambassador, working collaboratively across hotels to maximise results.
The Candidate
The successful Corporate Sales Manager will bring:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, ideally within the corporate segment of luxury or 5-star hotels.
- Strong knowledge of Lanyon, Agency360, GDS and OBT systems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with polished presentation and professional presence.
- A proactive, business-focused approach with excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management.
- A warm, engaging personality with a passion for delivering excellence in hospitality.
- The flexibility to travel regularly within the UK (and occasionally overseas).
