A prestigious Country Club with golf and leisure facilities is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and golf hospitality.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across dining, leisure, and golf outlets.

• Deliver excellent service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.

• Ensure smooth delivery of functions, banqueting, and events.

The Candidate

• Previous Food & Beverage Manager experience in hotels, resorts, or clubs.

• Strong leadership, service delivery, and people management skills.

• Commercial awareness with proven ability to achieve results.
