We're seeking a confident and ambitious C&E Sales Manager to lead a thriving sales office, drive revenue growth, and inspire a team of three Sales Executives while managing conferences, meetings, groups, and private events.

What You'll Do
* Oversee the C&E Sales Office, ensuring smooth handling of all enquiries and events.
* Drive revenue and maximise opportunities through strong client relationships.
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with operations for seamless event delivery.
* Analyse performance, forecast sales, and monitor competitor activity.

What We're Looking For
* Proven hotel C&E sales management or senior executive experience.
* Background in a 4-star branded or independent hotel.
* Knowledge of reactive sales and revenue strategy.
* Skilled user of Opera (or similar).
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
