The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant and bar operation, ensuring excellent service.

• Oversee dining and events for up to 100 guests.

• Recruit, train and motivate the team to deliver high standards.

• Manage rotas, stock and budgets, while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

• Act as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring smooth service at all times.

The Candidate
