Leisure Membership Manager
Luxury Resort - South West
JWR is excited to be working with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit an experienced Leisure Membership Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to take ownership of the leisure membership function.
You will be responsible for driving new membership sales, developing corporate accounts, and ensuring exceptional service standards that enhance the overall member experience.Package

Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and secure new leisure membership sales, including corporate accounts.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service at every touch point.
- Plan and deliver a sales strategy to drive growth across multiple membership market segments.
- Manage the membership renewal process and develop strategies to encourage referrals and retention.
- Track all activity within CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and sales follow-up.
- Represent the leisure business at networking and promotional events to build brand awareness and attract new members.
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to consistently achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and introduce innovative improvements to membership offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and deliver an exemplary service aligned with 5-star expectations.
Requirements
- A proven track record in membership sales, leisure, fitness, or hospitality.
- Confident, proactive, and highly self-motivated with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Organised, driven, and results-focused with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
