JWR is excited to be working with a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Bath to recruit an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage / Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations across its acclaimed restaurant venues.Package

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Food & Beverage / Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a culture of excellence to take ownership of a vibrant, high-end operation that celebrates the very best of British cuisine.
As the driving force behind the hotel's food and beverage offering, you'll have the autonomy to:- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated front-of-house and service team.
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, productivity, and profitability across all outlets.
- Deliver training, engagement, and performance management that fosters a motivated and professional team culture.
- Champion creativity, sustainability, and authenticity in line with the venue's ethos of celebrating local, seasonal produce.
Requirements
We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll bring:- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant General Manager, ideally within a premium or boutique hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- A proactive approach to driving standards, sales, and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work across weekends and evenings as part of a dynamic operation.
- A calm, professional demeanour and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
