About the Role
As Concierge, you will be responsible for curating exceptional guest experiences, particularly for VIPs and guests staying in superior rooms. You'll act as an ambassador for both the hotel and the destination, ensuring guests receive personalised service that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance the experience of VIP and premium guests, anticipating needs and delivering tailored service.
Oversee guest arrivals, providing information on hotel services and facilities.
Handle guest enquiries and special requests efficiently, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques where appropriate.
Act as a destination expert, offering bespoke recommendations and connecting guests with authentic local experiences.
Coordinate butler and guest service teams to ensure seamless delivery of five-star standards.
Resolve guest concerns promptly, following established protocols.
Utilise customer experience management tools and support digital guest experience initiatives.
Monitor and manage material orders in line with departmental budgets and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury hospitality environment
Golden Keys membership (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Strong knowledge of London and local attractions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - additional languages are a plus
A team player with a strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude
