The successful candidate must have eligibility to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, offering assistance at the hotel entrance and lobby.
Handle luggage with care and precision, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Maintain awareness of guest needs, ensuring an efficient, seamless experience throughout their stay.
Assist with daily Front of House operations, always upholding the highest service standards.
Support with health and safety compliance, including participation in regular fire safety drills.
Manage guest requests, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly and confidently with both guests and colleagues, in person, on the radio, and in writing.
What We're Looking For
A valid driving licence
Energy and stamina - this is a physically active role
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Strong knowledge of London's attractions and hidden gems
Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
A positive, proactive attitude and polished personal presentation
