Role: Cluster Hotel Financial Controller
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: Annual salary around £60,000 per year with excellent company benefits including:

This forward thinking and progressive hotel company are recruiting for an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function for 2 hotels located in the heart of Lancashire.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner closely with the General Managers and ownership, playing a key part in both daily operations and long-term commercial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
* Full responsibility for P&L management across the hotel portfolio
* Managing end-to-end payroll for all employees
* Delivering month-end and year-end accounts with precision
* Preparing and coordinating the annual audit process
* Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance at every step
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in hotel self-accounting (single or multi-property)
* Strong track record in month-end reporting and audit delivery
* A commercial mindset - you go beyond the numbers to influence performance
* Flexibility to travel to support other site
* Ideally live locally in either the Preston or Blackpool area with your own transport
