???? What You'll Be Doing
Oversee all day-to-day maintenance across bedrooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and leisure facilities.
Carry out preventive maintenance and reactive repairs efficiently and safely.
Manage and train a small maintenance team, developing skills and confidence.
Keep up-to-date Health & Safety, Fire, and Risk Assessment records.
Work closely with department heads to minimise downtime and disruption.
Recommend and manage small projects and assist in larger-scale refurbishments when required.
????♂️ What We're Looking For
Proven experience in hotel or large-site maintenance management.
Practical, hands-on skills across electrical, plumbing, or general building disciplines.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety, fire regulations, and compliance.
Commercial awareness - able to balance quality with cost control.
Organised, reliable, and a natural problem-solver with great communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible rota (5 days from 7) and take part in callouts when needed.
