Reporting to senior hotel leadership, the Property Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the hotel's physical assets, ensuring the property consistently meets the highest standards expected of a luxury brand.Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, facilities management, and capital projects
* Developing and managing preventive maintenance programs and long-term asset plans
* Managing external contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
* Preparing and controlling maintenance budgets and capital expenditure
* Collaborating closely with hotel operations to minimise disruption and enhance the guest experience
* Ensuring the property reflects brand standards at all times, from guest areas to back-of-houseThe Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in property or facilities management within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment
* Strong technical knowledge across building systems (MEP, fire/life safety, HVAC, etc.)
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and capital projects
* Confident leader with excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
