About the Roles

General Manager
You will take ownership of the front-of-house operation, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. You'll lead, support, and develop the FOH team, manage day-to-day operations, and work collaboratively to deliver commercial success across the business.

Head Chef
You will lead the kitchen team, delivering high-quality, freshly cooked dishes to spec every time. You will manage kitchen operations, stock and cost control, compliance, and menu delivery. Working closely with your management partner, you will help shape the business and maintain strong standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities
As a Management Couple, you will:

• Deliver outstanding hospitality across both front- and back-of-house.
• Work together to drive sales and profitability across bar, food, and accommodation.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and excellent guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a strong, cohesive team.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and food quality.
• Support each other in all areas of the business to ensure it runs seamlessly.

General Manager:

• Lead by example with energy, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Manage service standards, staff performance, and guest relationships.
• Implement commercial plans to drive growth.

Head Chef:

• Lead the kitchen team with skill and creativity.
• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes to specification.
• Maintain full compliance and manage all kitchen costs.
• Work collaboratively with FOH management to ensure smooth service.
