Director of Sales - Quality Hotel Group
A superb opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Director of Sales to join a well-established and highly regarded portfolio of quality hotels. This is a senior leadership role for a proven hotel sales professional who can drive top-line revenue, lead high-performing sales teams and strengthen market presence.
The Role
Lead and execute the overall sales strategy across the hotel or hotel group
Drive rooms, corporate, leisure, MICE and group revenue performance
Manage, motivate and develop the sales team
Build strong relationships with key clients, agents and business partners
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market share
Work closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to optimise overall performance
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager within quality hotels
Strong background in corporate, group, leisure and events sales
Highly commercial with a strong understanding of revenue strategy
Confident leader with a positive, results-driven management style
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to winning business
