We are seeking an accomplished Senior Revenue Manager to join a luxury 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Central London. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, brand-led group structure, offering the chance to shape and lead the property's revenue strategy.

The Role

As Senior Revenue Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of the hotel's revenue strategy, ensuring commercial success in a highly competitive market.

• Drive segmentation strategy to maximise performance across multiple channels.

• Align closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making across sales, marketing, distribution, and operations.

• Deliver robust revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis to inform strategic direction.

• Act as the key guardian of revenue performance, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

• Proven revenue management experience within a luxury hotel environment
