Luxury Hospitality Destination - Northamptonshire
Salary: up to £48,000
We're working with an exciting, high-profile hospitality destination to recruit a talented Senior Sous Chef to support a high-performing kitchen team.
This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience. You'll be hands-on in service, lead and develop the brigade, uphold impeccable food standards, and help drive consistency, creativity and operational excellence across the kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and leading in their absence
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
- Supervising, training and motivating the kitchen team
- Assisting with menu development, ordering and stock control
- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
About you:
- Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef in a 4* / 5* or quality-led environment
- A natural leader with a positive, professional approach
- Passionate about food, guest experience and team development
- Organised, calm under pressure and standards-driven
