Revenue Manager - Luxury Hotels

Central London | UK Cluster Role
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% Bonus
Hybrid Working (1-2 days WFH)

We are partnering with a leading international luxury hotel group to recruit an experienced Revenue Manager to join their UK cluster commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded revenue professional to work across one to two flagship London properties, with additional cluster support during holiday cover periods.

This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, working closely with the Regional Revenue Manager and maintaining a dotted-line relationship with the Hotel General Manager at property level.

Package

  • Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

  • 10% annual performance-related bonus

  • Hybrid working model

  • Exposure to luxury, high-profile London hotels

  • Strong career progression within an international hotel group

The Role

As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving pricing strategy, demand optimisation and overall revenue performance across your assigned properties. You will play a key role in supporting wider cluster activity, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure commercial objectives are met.

Flexibility is key in this role, both in terms of working across multiple sites and adapting to business needs such as VIP visits and key commercial meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise revenue strategy for 1-2 luxury London hotels

  • Support additional properties within the UK cluster during holiday cover or peak periods

  • Implement pricing, inventory and distribution strategies aligned with brand and market positioning

  • Analyse demand patterns, booking trends and market conditions to maximise RevPAR and profitability

  • Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior stakeholders

  • Work closely with the Regional Revenue Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Hotel General Manager

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to drive total hotel revenue

  • Participate in revenue meetings, commercial reviews and strategy sessions

Person Specification

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Revenue Management role within London, or 2+ years if relocating from outside London

  • Experience within luxury hotels outside London, or 4-star+ hotels in central London

  • Branded hotel experience preferred, though candidates from independent hotels or management companies will also be considered

  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial, data-driven mindset

  • Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders

  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple properties

Working Pattern & Location

  • Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week from home (flexible depending on business needs)

  • Office-based days split between central London hotel sites and a shared revenue/commercial office

  • Flexibility required around meetings, VIP visits and operational priorities

If you're a London-based Revenue Manager looking to step into a broader, luxury-focused cluster role with excellent development potential, we'd love to speak with you.
