Position: Hotel General Manager
Salary: £85,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: West Sussex
Our client, a leading and well-established hotel group, is recruiting an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a high-quality property in West Sussex.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a commercially minded and hands-on hotelier with a strong background in 4 or 5 star hotel operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a stable career history and a proven track record in driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement.
Key requirements include:
* Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Senior Hotel Leader
* Strong background within 4 or 5 star hotels
* Excellent commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
* Ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
* Passion for service excellence and quality standardsIn return, the role offers a highly competitive salary of up to £85,000, alongside a performance-related bonus and a strong benefits package, within a supportive and professional hotel group.
