Role: National Account Director
Location: Midlands / North of England (hybrid & travel required)
Salary: Circa £55,000 + benefits

We're working with a dynamic, forward-thinking Hotel Management company who are seeking an experienced National Account Director to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate and agency accounts.This is a senior, client-facing role where relationships truly matter. You'll be trusted to lead key accounts, spot opportunities and act as a strategic partner to high-value clients across multiple sectors.
The Role
* Managing a portfolio of established Hospitality corporate and agency accounts
* Acting as the senior point of contact, building long-term, trusted relationships
* Identifying growth opportunities and driving account development
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
* Regular travel to meet clients and attend key meetingsAbout You
* Proven experience in a senior account management / Account Director role within the hotel or conference industry.
* Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
* Confident, polished communicator who thrives in client-facing environments
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
* Based in the Midlands or North of England and happy to travel as required
(UK-based role - not suitable for candidates based in Scotland)
