Revenue Manager
City Centre Hotel - Bath
JWR is delighted to be working with a leading branded city centre hotel in the South West, seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to take full ownership of revenue performance and strategy.
This is a key appointment within the hotel's commercial structure, offering the opportunity to influence pricing, distribution and total revenue strategy across rooms, F&B and ancillary streams.Package

The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising revenue performance through effective pricing, inventory and distribution strategies. You will:- Optimise room availability across a rolling 12-13 month period
- Drive total revenue across rooms, F&B and ancillary streams
- Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
- Manage pricing strategies across all segments and channels
- Evaluate distribution partners to maximise revenue and control cost of sale
- Identify opportunities across peak and off-peak trading periods
- Lead commercial discussions, providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
- Support upselling initiatives and on-property revenue opportunities
Requirements
We are seeking a commercially astute and analytical operator who thrives in a data-led environment.
You will:- Have at least 2-3 years' experience within hotel revenue management
- Demonstrate strong understanding of pricing, forecasting and distribution strategy
- Be highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making
- Have experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Be confident working cross-functionally with operations, sales and senior leadership
- Ideally have experience with industry systems and RMS tools
