We're recruiting a driven, highly proactive Sales Manager for a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Leeds city centre. This is a venue with serious energy - bold food, craft cocktails, stylish private dining space and the kind of atmosphere that deserves to be full every single night.This role isn't about sitting behind a desk waiting for enquiries.
It's about being out there - building relationships, knocking on doors, attending events, networking with local businesses, and actively selling the restaurant as the place to dine, celebrate and host.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role where you'll take ownership of:
* Actively targeting local businesses and corporate clients
* Promoting and selling the restaurant's private dining space
* Driving group bookings, celebrations, and event trade
* Building partnerships with agencies, offices, hotels, and event organisers
* Representing the venue at networking events and industry gatherings
* Creating consistent footfall across lunch, dinner, and late-night trade
* Supporting and contributing to the restaurant's social media presence
* Capturing content while out at events, networking, and in the venue
* Working with the team to promote offers, events, and private dining online
You'll be the face of the brand in Leeds - both in person and online.

What We're Looking For
* A proven proactive sales professional - ideally from hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment
* Someone comfortable walking into businesses, picking up the phone, and generating new leads
* A natural relationship builder who thrives on being out and about
* Confident attending networking events and representing a premium venue
* Strong understanding of corporate bookings, private dining, and event sales
* Comfortable creating basic social media content (photos, stories, posts)
* Commercially minded with a track record of delivering results
