Job Title: Hotel Reservations Manager
Location: Near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per year + superb benefits including clothing allowance, Free meals on duty and Gym Membership.Office Hours of work Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday every 6 weeks working 8am - 4pm and occasional evening event attendance with plenty of notice.

We're partnering with a standout four-star destination hotel just outside Cheltenham - a property renowned for delivering exceptional experiences to both business and leisure guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservations Manager or Reservations Team Leader to step into a leadership role where you'll drive revenue, maximise occupancy and shape the guest journey from the very first enquiry.

The Role
As Reservations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day reservations operation across bedrooms, groups and tours, ensuring every booking is handled efficiently while optimising revenue opportunities.You will:
* Manage all bedroom, group and tour reservations across multiple communication channels.
* Oversee room allocations to maximise occupancy and achieve revenue targets.
* Work closely with the General Manager to support rate strategies and demand management.
* Ensure exceptional customer service at every stage.
* Maintain accurate systems and reporting,with Rezlynx knowledge advantageous (not essential)
* Lead by example, driving standards, organisation and team performance.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar Reservations leadership role within a four-star hotel.
* Strong IT skills and confidence working with hotel PMS systems.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to drive revenue.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* A positive, flexible and solutions-focused attitude with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
