We're recruiting a Restaurant & Bar Manager to take full operational ownership of a premium steakhouse and cocktail bar within a leading 4-star hotel group in Lincoln.
This is a senior, visible role leading a high-volume operation with strong bar revenue, a large team and real commercial accountability.
You'll bring the pace, personality and leadership of high-street hospitality - but apply it in a more polished, career-progressive environment.

* Lead restaurant and bar performance end-to-end
* Drive revenue through atmosphere, upselling and team engagement
* Manage labour strategy, GP, stock and forecasting
* Recruit, coach and develop future supervisors and managers
* Deliver consistent brand standards in a fast-moving environment
* Act as the key link between kitchen, senior leadership and front-of-house
* Own the guest journey from first drink to last table

About You
* Currently a Restaurant, Bar or Deputy Manager in a busy branded or independent high-street venue
* Used to volume, cocktails, late trade and leading sizeable teams
* Commercially confident - you understand the numbers behind service
* A floor-led leader who creates energy, accountability and culture
* Passionate about premium casual dining and cocktail-led experiences
* Ready for a role with more ownership, visibility and progression
