- Description
Role: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Liverpool (Accessible from Wirral, Chester & Southport)
Salary: £35,000-£38,000 + Bonus + Progression
Are you currently running a busy food & beverage operation but feel ready for something more refined, more structured, and with clearer long-term progression?
We're working with a well-established, high-quality hotel in Liverpool that is looking for a commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to lead its multi-outlet operation. This isn't a firefighting role - it's an opportunity to take ownership, influence standards, and genuinely shape the guest journey across restaurant, bar and conference & events.
Why This Role Might Be Worth a Conversation:
* A stable, reputable hotel with consistent business levels
* Strong conference & events trade - not just reactive service
* Supportive senior leadership team
* Real autonomy to improve margins and service standards
* Clear development pathway within a recognised hospitality group
The Role
You will oversee the full F&B operation, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery while driving performance, team engagement and profitability.
This role suits someone who:
* Enjoys leading from the front but thinks commercially
* Understands conference & events flow and service standards
* Knows how to control costs without compromising quality
* Takes pride in building strong, motivated teams
What We're Looking For
* Current Food & Beverage Manager, Operations Manager or experienced Deputy F&B Manager ready to step up
* Strong financial awareness and stock control experience
* Confident managing multiple outlets simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a structured hotel environment
If you're quietly open to hearing about a role that could offer more balance, stability and progression within the Liverpool hospitality market, this could be worth a confidential conversation.
Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
