The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
Ensure service standards reflect the quality and reputation of our hotel brand
Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
Manage rotas in line with business levels
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently
Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness
You will be a visible presence on the floor, leading by example and ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous supervisory experience within a quality restaurant or hotel environment
Demonstrates strong leadership and team motivation skills
Is passionate about food, beverage, and exceptional service
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Is flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
A good knowledge of food safety standards and licensing regulations is essential.
