Cluster Director of Sales
We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing 4-star hotel group in the UK to recruit an experienced Cluster Director of Sales. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels, shaping commercial strategy, and leading high-performing sales teams.The Cluster Director of Sales will take full ownership of the sales strategy across multiple properties, ensuring delivery of revenue targets across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments. Working closely with General Managers and central revenue teams, the Cluster Director of Sales will play a key role in positioning the hotels within competitive markets.
This is a remote-based role offering flexibility, combined with regular on-site visits across the UK to lead teams, build client relationships, and drive performance. The Cluster Director of Sales will be instrumental in strengthening market presence and commercial success.

* Develop and implement cluster-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives
* Lead, coach, and inspire on-property sales teams to exceed revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities across corporate, agency, and group segments
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with revenue management to optimise pricing and distribution strategies
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform decisions
* Represent the group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
* Ensure brand standards and commercial focus are consistently delivered across all propertiesAbout You
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the UK hotel sector
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth across multiple properties or a cluster
* Deep understanding of the UK hospitality market, including corporate and MICE segments
* Excellent leadership and team development skills
* Commercially astute with strong analytical capabilities
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
