Are you a commercially driven Director of Sales ready to take full ownership of a hotel's revenue strategy and make a visible impact?We are working with a beautiful country manor house hotel in the Blackburn area, offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales to lead, shape and drive the commercial performance of a high-volume property within a respected UK leisure group.

The Role
You will take ownership of the hotel's commercial strategy, driving revenue across corporate, meetings & events, and group segments, while identifying and converting new business opportunities.This is a highly visible leadership role, working closely with the General Manager and senior team to deliver sustained revenue growth.

* Leading and executing the hotel's sales strategy
* Driving revenue across corporate, M&E and group business
* Developing high-value local and national accounts
* Identifying new market opportunities across the North West
* Positioning the hotel competitively within its market
* Influencing pricing, forecasting and commercial decisions

What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Director of Sales or Sales Manager within a 4 star hotel environment
* Strong track record in growing corporate and M&E revenue
* Commercially driven with a strategic mindset including social media knowledge
* A proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys winning new business
